When Do I Use These Forms?

The following descriptions list why you would need to use each form.

Approval for Fund Raising Form

Use this form if your troop is planning a fund raising event separate from the calendar or cookie sale. 

Shining Star Award

Use this form if you are a returning troop. Submit it at the end of the year to be recognized as a Super Troop. Each girl in the troop will receive a special patch if all requirements are met. 

Troop Intention Form

Use this form at the end of the year to help the school organizers prepare for the next school year. 

Troop Leader Planner

Use this packet to help you plan and organize your troop meetings and your ideas for the next leader's meeting!

Troop Service Project Idea

Use this form when your troop did a cool service project that you would like to share at the next service team meeting. 

Twinkling Star Award

Use this form if you are a new troop. Submit it at the end of the year to be recognized as a Super Troop. Each girl in the troop will receive a special patch if all requirements are met.
